Rudy Park - Mario Cavaradossi*
Particularly appreciated in Verdi and Puccini's repertoire, after studing at the Accademia di Santa Cecilia in Rome he made his debut as Calaf in 2008 in Italy. He then specialized in Italy and Germany. He gained great success as Mario Cavaradossi in Tosca at the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona and more recently in Ernani performed at the Teatro Comunale in Bologna, in Cavalleria rusticana and Trovatore in Athens, Turandot in Genoa and Skopje and Norma in Budapest. He made his debut at the Nikikai Opera Foundation again as Calaf in Turandot under the baton of Gianluigi Gelmetti.
Future plans: Ernani (title role)in Cremona and on tour in Italy; I Vespri siciliani 1861(Arrigo) at the Greek National Opera in Athens; and Aida (Radamés) at the Opéra Royal de Wallonie in Liège.
Luca Dall’Amico - Angelotti
Among the most interesting singers of the new generation, he was chosen by Riccardo Muti for the role of Agamemnon in Iphigénie en Aulide and as Banco in Macbeth at the Opera in Rome. He made his debut at La Scala in Assassinio nella Cattedrale by Pizzetti. Among recent commitments: La Cambiale di Matrimonio and L’Education Manqué at the Wexford Festival, Death in Venice, Il Barbiere di Siviglia and Roméo et Juliette at La Fenice in Venice, La Sonnambula in Graz, La Forza del Destino and I Lombardi alla Prima Crociata at the Sferisterio in Macerata , L’Italiana in Algeri in Vicenza and Il Trovatore at the Teatro Alighieri in Ravenna and on tour in Oman, staged by Cristina Mazzavillani Muti; Le Nozze di Figaro (Bartolo) in Ancona; Petite Messe Solennelle at the Teatro Nazionale and Attila at the Teatro dell’Opera in Rome, Riccardo Muti conducting.
Future plans include: Attila at the Terme di Caracalla in Rome; La Traviata and Rigoletto in Venice; Don Carlo at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan.
